This untreated 5.8 carat (round profile, very subtle lavender undertone) antique Sri Lankan sapphire bead was hand-fabricated into a pendant with 22 karat Fairmined gold. The sapphire crystal is exceptionally clean, the drilling marks consistent with Mogal beads of centuries past. An inverted diamond is secured at the base of each.
